Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Surf Hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, especially with the fantastic views of the Arkansas River. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. While I really enjoyed the dining at Wesley & Rose, I did wish there were more breakfast options available. Overall, it’s a great value for such an inviting place, and I can’t wait to return!
I had a memorable stay at the Surf Chateau in Buena Vista. The hotel is beautifully designed and right on the river, providing stunning views. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, while the dining experience was excellent, I felt the mid-week pricing was a bit high for what was offered. Overall, it's a unique spot I'd definitely like to return to.
Staying here had its ups and downs. The location near the Arkansas River and the beautiful balcony views were definitely highlights. However, the service was lacking, and I encountered issues with cleanliness and noise disturbance during my stay that overshadowed the positives. Given the price point, I'd expect better overall experience for my money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is stunning and the rooms comfortable, there were definitely a few drawbacks that affected my stay. The noise from the neighboring rooms was disruptive, and the dining didn't quite meet my expectations. However, the friendly staff and beautiful architectural design made up for some of the shortcomings.
This hotel is a wonderful gem right by the Arkansas River, with clean and spacious rooms that offer such a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did find the lack of breakfast options a bit inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times. Overall, it’s a charming place that definitely makes you feel welcome.
